Prime camps and clinics are coached by Prime Volleyball Club team coaches and college and high school athletes. Foundations Camps and All Skills Camps are designed and led by Associate Club Director Lynn Blevins, and the High Performance Academy is led by Prime adidas team head coaches along with additional Prime club team level coaches. Prime VC staff has over 300 years of collective coaching experience and includes a Director of Training who served as a full-time Olympic and National Team assistant coach for multiple Olympic Games and currently assists the USA Men’s National Team part time, a Club Director who has coached with the USA Volleyball National Team Development Program for the last decade, 5 coaches with collegiate coaching experience, 5 coaches with professional playing or coaching experience, 12 coaches who are current or past varsity head coaches, and 22 coaches with collegiate playing experience. The leadership team includes Club Director Jess Papell, Associate Club Director Lynn Blevins, and Director of Operations Michelle Feliciano.

Prime states that it provides athletes with high-level technical skills training and tactical instruction in a positive learning environment that fosters personal growth and development and a passion for the game of volleyball. Prime VC partners with House of Volley and MK2 LAB for on-site physical therapy and recovery. In eleven seasons, Prime has had 43 club athletes go on to compete at the collegiate level, including 17 athletes who went on to compete for Division 1 programs, with alumni competing in 18 different states, in 13 different NCAA Division 1 conferences including the Pac 12 and Big 10, and at every level: NCAA Division 1, 2, and 3 along with NAIA and community college; multiple alumni have won NCAA National Championships and some have been honored as NCAA All-Americans. Training at Prime VC is described as fast paced, competitive, and fun, and athletes of all levels are trained using the same methods and techniques as USA Olympians, with training adjusted based on each athlete’s current level of play and athletes grouped by skill level and separated onto different courts by ages and experience levels. Camps are staffed according to the number of athletes registered to maintain a low athlete-to-coach ratio, and if an athlete misses a day or more of a camp they are signed up for, they are allowed to make those days up at another camp. Prime hosts club teams, camps, clinics, and youth development programs for girls and boys of all ages and experience levels from first-time players to college-bound student athletes, and states that it values a family environment rooted in integrity, kindness, and respect.
